GUARANTEE
We guarantee live delivery of our reptiles, provided the shipment is signed for on the
first delivery attempt. Any DOA claim must be reported within 12 hours of receipt of the animal. We will request photgraphs and
possibly the return of the body for verification.
We stand behind our animals. We only ship out healthy, well started animals with no visible defects, unless otherwise
stipulated. The purchaser is responsible for proper care of the animal purchased. We offer advice for all animals we
sell and are available by e-mail or phone to answer any questions about their care. If you have any concerns,
contact us immediately. We will replace or refund at our discretion any animal found to be unhealthy within
the first 5 days after acceptance, unless it is determined that the health issues are due to improper care on the part of the
purchaser.
If, after receiving your new animal, you decide that it is just not for you, you may contact us about returning it. Provided
you receive the animal in good condition, shipping charges are not refundable. You will also be responsible for the shipping
charges to return the animal to us. A credit will be issued when we receive the animal in good health. We do not offer cash
refunds unless the animal is determined to be unhealthy due to an error on our part and we are unable to replace it.
Please research the needs and requirements carefully and ask any questions before purchasing any animal. We are happy to provide
advice and suggestions to anyone considering a purchase, even if you end up deciding it is not the right pet for you.
EXCEPTION: Wholesale deals are guaranteed live arrival only. The above requirements for DOA verification apply. We are happy to
answer questions about the care of wholesale animals, but all other aspects of the guarantee do not apply to wholesale
transactions.
